The screened pool area benefits from exposure
to day long sunshine. The pool itself is 30ft x 15ft and can be heated. Fitted
with underwater lighting and a raised
shelf alongside the pool which contains water sprinklers, great for the kids, or
just for a relaxing background sound.
In addition to the boundary privacy hedge the lower section of the pool cage have been fitted with "Florida glass" a
translucent replacement for the standard mesh for greater privacy.

The decking provides plenty of room
for relaxing on the comfy loungers or chairs. If things get too hot the
covered fan cooled lanai provides a welcome shady retreat, or the ideal
location for alfresco dining. If you've experienced the summer heat you'll
know how important a shady area will be.

All exits to the
pool area are fitted with alarms so your children can't escape to the pool
without your knowledge.

We love plants and the gardens are our personal "work in progress" which we will add to each time
we visit. We had a privacy hedge border
planted around the rear of the Villa. Ok so we got a little carried away with
the plants last trip and now have the planned citrus trees, plus a couple of
surprise grapefruit, Birds of Paradise, and Bottlebrush trees. By the summer there should be
grapefruit for breakfast, oranges for your juice, limes for your Corona, and
lemons for your G&T, oh and maybe bananas for your splits.

Stop press,
1. Have our first limes during the March visit.
2. Even better, ate bananas picked from the palm during Sept visit. Sadly
the lemons, grapefruit and oranges weren't ready to pick. |
