The rental rates shown are for our home for 7 nights and are inclusive of all taxes, normal use of electricity and gas (not pool heat), water, air-conditioning/heating, linens, towels, Internet connection, phone calls(US/Canada & Peurto Rica) and pre/post stay cleaning. Consumables can be supplied via our Management Company at an additional charge. There are a range of Welcome packs available. Details can be supplied on request.
Odd/extra days charged pro rata the weekly rate.
Stays of 5 nights or less incur an additional cleaning charge of £50/US$See below

| Pool Heating (Gas heater) is available if required at £17/US$See below per day, although heating is normally only needed between October and April. |
£100/US$See below deposit required per week upon submission of booking form to secure your dates.
The balance of the rental payment is due 10 weeks before the arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of £200/US$See below is required with balance. Payment is by credit card, cheque, bank transfer or Paypal.Due to currency fluctuations, prices in US$ (US Dollars) will be quoted by request |

Our local Property Management company ensure our home is maintained to a high standard. They will welcome you soon after arrival and manage your stay. They provide your local contact point and 24 hour contact number. (Information pack in villa)

| To book, fill in our Online Booking Form or download booking form in MS Word, or PDF formats  We accept payment via Paypal, cheque, bank transfer or credit card. All banking surcharges in processing Credit Card payments will be borne by guest(s). No money will be taken from cards until we have received the completed booking form.
